A panic attack is a series of intense fear or trepidation that is suddenly phased. This happens when an individual feels fear or anxiety and pours out a list of symptoms that are developed abruptly and reaches a pick within 10 minutes. These symptoms may last for more or less thirty minutes. Although some may last for a little over fifteen seconds or may occur for a number of hours. These will able you to revive yourself from anxiety because you will not fear that you are experiencing a heart attack of some sort.

Curing panic attacks may depend on how the attack was instigated. If it is triggered by a physical condition, they should be cured by eliminating the physical cause as well so that no more panic attack will happen. If the cause is a specific anxiety or phobia, attack the anxiety or phobia.
